1月12日 My B-List of Bike BlogsMy B-List of Bicycle Blogs. This is a Meme making the rounds in the cycling blogs milieu.
Blogs I read! Well, here goes! http://uphillbattle.spaces.live.com/PersonalSpace.aspx?_c= http://bigmikeinoz.spaces.live.com/ http://arcticglass.blogspot.com/ http://www.herneweb.com/index.php http://tylersstory.blogspot.com/ http://gorillaonabike.blogspot.com/ http://danonbike.blogspot.com/ http://roadrace1.blogspot.com/ http://uncledanbiking.blogspot.com/
6月30日 July 4th Upcoming!I'm definately looking forward to it! I leave for Lake Wawasee tomorrow morning, so I'll be off the net for the weekend and Spinner will be running late! Just shoot me your miles and I'll post all when I return on the 5th. In the meantime, I'd like to hear about YOUR plans for the long weekend! Mine include cycling, swimming, and yes, waterskiing! It's been decades since I've been waterskiing and I hope I still can! We'll also be watching the fireworks from out on the lake, a family tradition! Best of all, I get to meet the newest addition to the family, my cousins new daughter! Well, see y'all after the Fourth! Have a ball! Speaking of the Fourth, don't forget to vote! From Fritz over at Cycle-licious RAAM: Race Across America on the Weather Channel
The Race Across America 2006 will be featured as part of the Weather Channel's "Road Crew" with Jeff Mielcarz. Four segments will air next week: July 5, 6, 8, and 9, 2006. Wednesday, July 5, 2006 - Evening Edition (9 p.m.-11 p.m. EST) 1月25日 My Blog is Beamed Live to the Universe At LargeMove over Neil Armstrong, Tom Stormcrowe has gone into space blogging history. Ten years from now your blogs will be reaching the undiscovered, unchartered, never-before-touched-by-human-hands planet of Pluto! The 6th transmission for Blog in Space trailed "New Horizons" at north latitude of 28* 31' 27'', west longitude of 80* 35' 53'', and with a frequency of 6105.0 MHz! (Hmm...maybe your blog will in fact BEAT NASA to the punch and discover Pluto first! ) You will forever go down in history as the first bloggers to venture into the planet unknown! What will Pluto hold for us bloggers? Could it be filled with Oprah look-a-likes with a sea of hair foaming over the sides of the planet? Or maybe they are creatures with an infinite passion for American Idol, holding their own auditions, and awarding the title of Pluto Alien Idol to the "thing" with gnarly vocals? Whatever they find, if there's no Starbucks or wireless Internet, is their really a point to travel there?! Now don't be alarmed if you think you missed out on this mission, we have the ability to keep direct contact with this craft during the extended trip to Pluto way into July 2015. We will be utilizing the 83-inch antenna dish along with the radioisotope thermoelectric generator (RTG) because solar power is not enough and batteries don't keep going and going THAT long. Pluto is the only remaining planet that has never been visited by a spacecraft, so we have a feeling these alien species in particular are going to be itching with excitement to read your blog. When Telling the World Simply Isn't Enough. -The BlogInSpace Team I just got this email from MINDCOMET. I now have the widest readership possible to have, apparently the entire universe! It seems that "The Amazing Shrinking Man has been beamed successfully to the universe! No, I'm not kidding! It's been broadcast according to the terms listed in the photo of the certificate here. How cool is that? If you are interested yourself, just click MINDCOMET above^^^ to go to their site of use the link over on my sidebar. |
